The Riva Olympic was the last production mahogany / marine plywood model of Cantieri Riva, designed by Carlo Riva and introduced to replace the Super Florida. 1968 was the year of the Olympics in Mexico City, and the model was named Olympic. Hull improvements already used in the Super Ariston were implemented, including a more pronounced V aft.
274 units were produced from 1968 to 1983.
Hull #82 named Mussa Cinque was originally sold to Venice, to Mr. Ottavio Croze, director of the Venice Film Festival in the Fifties, founding member of the Arzanà Association
